  • Was referred to Mikes Appliance through LG as my LG Fridge stopped cooling. This happened on a Friday afternoon so I had to call Monday morning to schedule a time for them to come out. I have great neighbors who stored my fridge and freezer items for us. Tyler from mikes appliance came out on Thursday. He was professional, and friendly. He replaced the compressor and told us to put a bottle of water in the freezer and if it wasn't frozen by morning he would come back out and take a look to see if there was something else wrong aside from the compressor. Fridge and freezer are both working perfectly again.

When the first guy came he had been given the wrong info from the store we purchased from but he quickly recognized the problem and arranged to order the parts - he also looked up the issue with our range which at that time not been included in the service call. This helped me arrange a future service call so we could get both appliances fixed on the one day - Mikes kept me up to date with the progress in ordering the parts, which as we know with covid everything is delayed just now, but when ready, his guys came back out again and fixed both appliances. Excellent service, great communication and now a follow up to check everything is ok. Highly recommended
